This touched my heart today...sometimes things don't make sense...I want to be with you for Thanksgiving, it breaks my heart...and this morning God was telling me that he was allowing me to feel the pain of longing for family so I would have even more empathy for those who have none, who have no place to go, and who possibly may have never had the joy of what we have had for years and years... So it is a new year, a new way of celebrating Thanksgiving and being grateful, with new people who may have the happiest Thanksgiving ever-filled with love-even while I'm missing you...beauty from ashes all around and to that revelation I say AMEN!!! oxoxo
